My cat loved this, but in less than 3 months the plastic mounting brackets used to attach it to the wall broke. It was properly anchored in and my cat is fairly small. It was the actual plastic bracket that broke. This product would be more reliable if the brackets were metal. It is also hard to easily replace them with metal brackets because they are recessed into the wood in a pre-cut mold of the brackets.
