The PureEnrichment PureZone mini portable air purifier is not effective. I bought mine in white for $40. I expected it to be quieter, but also more powerful with a higher airflow. It's about the size of a 16 oz. water bottle. On the highest speed, the purifier is about as loud as a computer tower/laptop fan running hard. I've had the purifier plugged in to charge for about 12 hours now. According to the user manual, the light on the back will flash red while charging and then change to solid red when charged. The light on my unit has been flashing for the past 12 hours, so I'm not sure if it's still charging or not... I'm really not sure how effective the purifier is. I've owned it for a few days now, and had it running almost 24/7. Dust in sunlight right next to the unit floats by in the air without being sucked in. The air coming out the top is cool, with a new plastic smell. Honestly, the feature I like most about the air purifier is the fact that there is only one button to operate it, and that it does not beep when pressed. The button turns the unit on speed one when pressed once, speed two if pressed twice, and speed three if pressed three times. At the end of the day, I can't recommend the Pure Enrichment air purifier. The unit has a very attractive look, and works well as a white noise machine, but that's about it.
