The bike itself is about a 3 out of 5 stars. No fore and aft adjustment of the handle bars. The top of the bike wobbles when you stand and ride (I weigh 180lbs). The real issue is the ifit software needed to run the machine.I had purchased an original nordictrack TDF bike back in 2012. ifit did not then and does not care now care about the quality of its product or its customers. I did a lot of research before making this purchase and I can not believe they have exactly the same issues as they dud 7 years ago. All of which they hide from the consumer. If I had known the truth I would have bought a Peloton. They advertise “live” studio classes. After initial setup I looked for these classes. I called ifit and was then informed that it will be a minimum of 2 months before this feature will be available. With my 7 years of ifit experience I will not be surprised if we never see these classes. Now on to plan B. I will compete (the reason I bought this bike) on the prerecorded stage rides. I have since completed 11 rides. The leaderboard has worked partially 2 of those 11 times. I have called or emailed both ifit and nordictrack 16 times in the 3 weeks of ownership. To get to the bottom line after many lengthy software updates, downloads, hard resets, etc. the leaderboards still do not function even remotely close to advertised!!! If you are buying this bike to see how you rank against others you will be extremely disappointed. ifit could not figure this out 7 years ago and they have not figured it out yet. They are using our $$$ to develop a product that they advertise as being already offered. This is fraudulent and should not be acceptable. In 7 years you cannot hire 1 software developer from apple or amazon to produce the product you advertise???? If I could give ifit a negative 5 I would! You would think an engineer from nordictrack that produces a pretty good product (bike) would force ifit to do their job. In my opinion the bike is useless without these features.
