This product works as expected. It is an ultrasonic humidifier. Add water, turn on and it makes humidity in the air. The negative review was for the pathetic letter I received in the mail from the owner of the company begging for reviews. Careful what you ask for under false pretenses. Amy, the sad-story mother of 3, that invested $50,000 into this product and is trying to make a living off of it.
