I purchased two boxes of 12 20x20 inch panels to hide a chain link fence. The product looks great once installed and it seems that the panels should hold up well. The reason I rated the product so low is the lack of quality control. There were three issues: 1) One of the boxes came with 11 panels instead of 12. I have one panel missing from the wall while I wait for Amazon to deliver a replacement box which I will then have to return to them. What a pain. 2) the male-female fasteners that connect the panels are extremely poor quality. There is a lot of excess plastic on the male connectors and many of the female connectors didn’t have holes that went all the way through. Needless to say, the panels would not snap together without a lot of work to make them fit. 3) the zip ties that come with the product are garbage. Over half of the locking tabs snapped as they were being assembled. How much money are they saving by cutting corners on a couple dozen zip ties? Luckily I ordered an extra hundred green ties that actually worked. The really frustrating thing is that once the wall was installed it looked great! This could be a 5-star product if they stopped cutting corners and put some quality control in place.
