I need a refund because I need to buy a different one from another seller, this one is clearly not safe. My baby fell because the chain broke. He got a red bump on his head that I really hope is nothing serious. This is not okay at all, I hope you take this review serious and make it right, I can't believe my baby could have gotten really hurt. I am still very nervous seeing my baby fall on the floor, he got very scared. I am very upset!
