This juicer is made of poor quality. After each use it becomes loose at the fittings. I contacted customer service and they told me "just tighten it with an allen wrench". The company is not faithful in standing behind their product, this is false advertisement. A quality built item would not need to be tightened after each use. I fear the bolt will become stripped out after tightening it so much. Customer service said that they did not have replacement parts to send. They just encourage tightening with an allen wrench; that's all they tell me. I would never purchase this item again- it is not worth the money. The Zulay customer service is terrible and unconcerned.
