Would not recommend this model for anyone who has any type of height change in the rooms this would be cleaning. We have wood floors and a very thin carpet in one area of the living room. 100% of the time when we have the schedule feature enabled it end up getting stuck on the transition from the carpet back to the wood floor (no problem getting on the variety, just off), or on the thin pieces of wood separating the rooms. Attached image shows how the robot gets stuck coming off of the carpet, and that the carpet is thin and should not have trouble getting off. Cleaning is decent when it works, but we can only run this when we are at home so we can fix it every time it gets stuck. Also 0 response from the company when I emailed them my concerns about this issue, even though I sent it as a response to their email asking me how the product was doing. Edit 7/20/2018: Company has responded and initiated a return process. Returned the old robot and received a new unit a week later. The new unit has an error right out of the box that the Anti-Drop sensor has malfunctioned. Downgraded to 1 star as the new unit will not clean at all.
