Not 100% sure whether this product is a real Hershel Supply Co product, it's definitely the same price though, I should have ordered from the actual Herschel site. Anyway, I received this product and immediately realized the material felt odd, zippers were hard to open and close, took some force. I feel as though a backpack should open and close smoothly and hassle free. However, I thought maybe I have to break it in, only to realize that the stitching of the Herschel logo was upside down. I couldn't believe this, I knew right then and there that this had to be a fake and sent back immediately. This isn't the first time I saw this problem happen, but I thought maybe that was a once time mistake, apparently not. I would highly suggest that if you want a Herschel backpack, buy one from their website.
