Apparently Black and Decker has lost all concern for quality and customer satisfaction. Instead, all their effort is on manufacturing an impressive front. My unit worked (used 3 times at most) just long enough to be past 30 day warranty. Now it lights up but has no output. Amazon has cleverly avoided any option for Chat, Customer Complaints or other interaction once an item is out of warranty. What a waste of $60 plus it failed when I really needed it! I wish I could give B & D plus Amazon 0 stars for this order!
