I was really expecting something special when I made the mistake of purchasing this exercise bike. There are at least four major issues that you should be aware of: 1. Bike was shipped to me with missing parts. 2. There is NO support whatsoever to get the missing parts issue addressed. No email support (emails go to a automated system that refers you to more email addresses that do not respond. There is no phone assistance. There is no chat assistance. THERE IS NO SUPPORT WHATSOEVER - YET THEY STILL MANAGE TO SHIP! 3. The electronic display is IDIOTIC! It appears to use electronic technology from the 1970's. RIDICULOUS! It has a nice large screen, then only uses a portion of it for displaying data in small little character based boxes. STUPID! 4. The flywheel is noisy as hell! Every revolution makes a clacking sound that will drive you crazy! The bike was not a simple matter to install. It is very heavy with many sometimes complex steps. The instructions are somewhat straight forward, but are made useless when there are missing parts or parts that fail to fit properly. Several times I was forced to take steps to align wholes that were drilled incorrectly. One time I found that wholes that should have been threaded for screws were not. JUST LOUSY QUALITY CONTROL! Also, better make sure the electronic connections are perfect. They are not labeled for easy assembly. The only positive point for this piece of equipment is that it is built to be very sturdy (if all the parts were actually shipped with the boxes). In conclusion - I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PIECE OF EQUIPMENT. It is just impossible to take something this complex and have no support when issues arrive. I will be returning it, IF I can get someone to respond for my request for return. Otherwise, I've just been screwed out of $500.
