When I bought this item it was to take on a thru hike of the Tahoe Rim Trail. I immediately plugged the item in to charge it and it never charged. I left it plugged in for two days and it didn't take any charge at all. It also wouldn't plug into my phone with a case on it. My case is a waterproof design and is non-negotiable when it comes to thru hiking. I returned this item. Shortly thereafter, Jackery contacted me TWICE offering me a discount on my future purchases if I'd update my review and give them a better rating. This is shady business practice and I will be sure to never do business with them. I don't find them trustworthy and all the bad reviews on this product lately should tell you everything you need to know. I went with an Anker brand charger and it works perfectly for my thru hiking needs.
