Once you can get the diffuser to work, it diffuses very well, however, getting to that point is a challenge. The directions are very poorly written and after seemingly following the operating instructions exactly as written, my husband couldn’t get it to work. I tried as well, with no success after following the instructions. I played with it a while and finally got it to work, but only for an hour at a time. The time options as presented in the instruction book do not work. This was a Christmas gift so we haven’t had much time to see if this will work for us, but we will likely return it.
