Suction is not strong enough. You expect a better product based on what you are paying. But I don't think it matters if you pay even more for the v8 model. The vacuum does not work on carpets and I tested it on a very low & medium pile ones. The model is Very difficult to empty after using it. The on bottom is very sensitive and you get the vacuum activated while trying to empty it or to change the attachments. The material seems so weak that it gives you the impression the vacuum is going to break. Even though the vacuum is sort of light, the handle is not ergonomic and you will get tired of holding the vacuum very quick. You will need to spend a lot of time trying to clean big pieces like cheerios as the vacuum does not pick them up easily. For the small pieces, it needs the high suction but drains the battery quickly. The battery does not last 30 mins in this mode as the description says Definitely, it would not help to clean tiny spaces in your car. The vacuum itself is big and you need extra room to move it around. The low rating is also due to Dyson customer service. They are rude. The mounting manual says to use the provided fixings, with a picture of 2 screws and 2 wall anchors, which are missing in the box. I called Dyson and they claimed it's not for them to include them as you don't have to use the mount. So, why they try to sell this product in stores by pointing out the convenience of having a wall mount?
