I contacted the company to see what my options were, they said I'd have to purchase a new machine. Great! That's exactly what I did! I purchased a new Body Vibration machine from a different company that I am very happy with. After purchasing the new body vibration machine, I realized the Confidence machine is more of a shaking than vibrating machine. Here is the new body vibration machine I purchased. I am very happy with the quality.
