SERIOUS ISSUES AFTER 6 MONTHS
SO it's been 6 months since I purchased this bed. The wheels (ball bearings) have broken and the upholstery/face has ripped off. I CAN'T BELIEVE AFTER 6 MONTHS THIS COULD HAPPEN!!! I would really appreciate it if the manufacturers contacted me. This is unacceptable. Pictures attached.
