Purchased in 2013. Seemed to work a bit, then not. The pesky bird came back this year, so out of storage the device comes. Within a few days, it had a nest on the chandelier. Pulled the mud nest down and the *#%* thing put a nest on the Bird-X —TWICE. Just threw them both in the trash.
