I don't write many reviews. But this product is so mind-numbingly bad that I can't help myself. Every vacuum has an exhaust port somewhere. It sucks air, filters it, and then blows it back out. That's how a vacuum works. This vacuum's exhaust port is underneath the handle, pointed downward and forward, in the same direction as the path of suction. Long story short: Every time you try to vacuum, the exhaust port is constantly blowing whatever dust/crumbs/etc you're trying to suck up, out of the way. It is like taking a blower and just blowing your crumbs everywhere. It is so incomprehensibly stupid, that I am honestly inclined to believe that some disgruntled engineer at Black and Decker was intentionally trying to spite his boss. In any event, it goes to show that companies these days LITERALLY do ZERO product testing before putting something on the shelves. Somebody somewhere ought to be be fired for this.
