Edit: 9/2/2018 One of the front wheels has broken completely apart, I will be contacting worx to see if they offer this as a replacement part. Earlier this summer it simply stopped working and stating "out of bounds" on the screen. I've been push mowing the last 3 weeks because its less hassle. At this point, plan to only get about 3 years out of this product, so factor that in to your costs. I did get a chuckle when this little thing ran directly towards the bird bath, and kept trying to push.. until all of the water came flying out right on top of it. But back to the wheel, it looks like it rusted out and all of the bearings disintegrated. One of my original complaints was that the "its raining, dont cut" sensor doesnt actually do anything, and Landroid would always be out mowing in the rain. This greatly contributed to its demise I'm sure. There is also a small wire bundle that connects from the charging area (the outer part that moves around a little bit) to the main part of the unit. This material has crumbled and broken apart and there are now wires exposed outside of the bundle. Doesn't give me a warm and fuzzy. Also, still no RMA on the broken base unit from further down this review (maybe 2 years ago now?) --- Often requires being moved back to the base manually, at least 50% of the time. It complains about being out of boundary, or wheel stuck, or some other goofy problem. Also, it runs constantly in the rain. Support said to do a firmware update, but there have been none. The base failed after just over 1 year, and the RMA received from the company is incomplete and missing parts. This is a terrible product, except for during the few times it does work. If you like constantly babysitting stuff, this is the gadget for you. Company blames customer for communication issues, dropping a star.
