I bought this case because I had the same one for my iPhone 6s and it worked with a new baby so well. My baby would throw it and drop it all the time and nothing ever happened. For years I didn’t have one crack. I got the new iphone XS two weeks ago and just a few days into using this case the screen is cracked. You can tell that this case isn’t as good as the older version of the same model because it doesn’t come up as high around the sides of the screen so it can’t provide as much protection. I’m not sure why otter box changed their design for the commuter but I am returning this and paying to get my screen fixed :(((((
