Unfortunately, I was extremely underwhelmed by this company. I have placed three different orders with them directly and have now tried about 10 different flavors. I only really enjoyed one, the Reds packet. Most of the other flavors were either inedible or lacked flavor and tasted like watered down juice. When mixing the powder with water or milk substitute, you must drink the smoothie quite quickly or cleaning becomes an annoying hassle requiring some extra elbow grease. The bottle that is sent with your order, made from the Kencko company, is terrible for this kind of smoothie drink. Small bits of powder get stuck under the rubber grommet in the cap, making cleaning a real pain. Now, when it comes to choosing the specific colors/flavors you would like to order, you are not able to pick quantities for each color. For example, I really enjoy the Reds packet but I’m not in love with the Purples packet. There is no way for me to order 15 Reds and 5 Purples, as the quantities will all be the same/evenly distributed. I even reached out to customer service after disliking multiple flavors and was told that there is no way to accommodate. Because of this, I have wasted over $60 just to try out this company and now have about 20 packets that I will not consume. Personally, I think this is ridiculous. I have spent $180 total just to try out this company and be left with product I will not use nor will they exchange. Also to note, as I have placed three separate orders, you would think that the best by date would match the timing of my orders but it does not. My first order contained packets that are good until October 2021, my most recent order, the third order, all have dates that expire in May 2021. What is that about?! I appreciate what this company is trying to accomplish in helping consumers get sufficient intake of vegetables and fruits in a convenient way, but their execution and flavor profiles are terrible. Finally, they ship from Lisbon so be ready to wait at least 10 days for your order to be fulfilled. Unless you are somebody that is wealthy, or has some disposable income, I would not suggest trying this company as it is way too hit or miss. If in the future this company chooses to change their ordering process to allow for quantities to be chosen of each color packet, I would consider changing my review and remaining a customer.
