I have an older model of the StreetStrider. The spokes in the wheels are poor quality and a number have broken on several occasions. StreetStrider cannot replace the wheel, they say I should ship them the wheel and they will replace the rim and spokes, all at my cost. My local bike shop can replace the spokes, probably for about the same cost as shipping the wheel back! Really disappointed with StreetStrider - product quality is poor and repair / replacement costs are high. Buyer beware!!
