UPDATE: I contacted the company about this problem. They sent me a new bicycle and even paid for the shipping cost. They were great to work out the problems with. So far the bike is working great...........Worse Exercise Bike !! Video shows me trying to pedal it and the noise it makes. After we put it together, which wasn't easy, it never worked right from the time we started pedaling. The tension knob on the setting of 1 is like it is on 10. The tension never adjusted right and when you worked out on the bike it was like you were going uphill on the lowest tension setting. After struggling with it for 3 months, the belt inside came off of the track and the electronics stopped working correctly. It has been a stressful piece of exercise equipment from the start. The warranty is terrible too. They charge you shipping cost to return it. Like it is physically possible to pack this equipment bike back up and return it, plus YOU have to pay the shipping cost which would be practically the whole cost of the bike. BUYER BEWARE ...DONT BUY IT.
