I love this chair. I'm a tall guy (6'6), and it's very comfortable. The massage and heat are perfect. The pleather quality is very good and hasn't peeled at all and is easy to clean. My only complaint is that it tends to constantly creep towards the wall, and I have to keep moving it back away from it. I've tried everything, too, to keep it in place, rugs, carpeting, non-slip rubber, bare laminate floor, everything, and it still moves after getting up and down two or three times. Other than that, it's perfect. UPDATE: After nine months of moderate use, the pleather has begun to split and crack on the arms, back, and seat. Also, the ribbed plastic piece that fits the chair into the base has started to deteriorate, making the chair unstable. I am currently having to take it apart a few times a day and force the plastic piece back into the metal base sheath just to keep it from tipping over. This is unfortunate, as I really liked this chair up to this point. It is definitely not built to last.
