This item was ordered Amazon Renewed and came with no ink. While this might seem like a small thing, this printer requires SETUP CARTRIDGES to initialize the printer. Bought 2 cartridges for it only to find they won't let you set up the printer. Spent two hours on the phone with HP support trying a number of ways to bypass the error code to no avail. HP is sending me a new printer with the cartridges that SHOULD HAVE BEEN INCLUDED BY AMAZON, as the printer cannot be set up without them!
