Purchased two of these to utilize for a long trip through Europe on trains and planes. We both very much disliked these neck supports. While the fabric is very soft, it provides very little support. I am about 6' tall, and 165lbs. I found the internal plastic support to buckle under the weight of my head and provide no support whatsoever. I adjusted it over 2 dozen times in different configurations, and simply could not get comfortable. In order for it to provide any form of support, I had to wrap it around my neck tight enough to feel my pulse. My wife, who is 5'2" and 95lbs, also found no luck with this neck support device. Unfortunately I am passed the return window, or else I would be sending these back. At $30 a piece, I expected much more. Very disappointed with this product.
