When it's extended and straight, it's a great hose, but if you coil it into a circle on the ground for storage and pull the end out when you need it, each coil becomes a kink. Every. Single. One. I don't know whether it's how this hose is made or something else, but all-rubber hoses are supposed to not kink. Not true in the least. It's fine when extended, so it's not worth returning it, but it's very frustrating.
