It worked once. Second time I used it it didn't oscillate. I tried three times to call AquaJoe's customer service helpline to see if somehow the use of a simple garden sprinkler was beyond me and was on hold with no one ever answering. Three calls, 5, 8 and 10 minutes of hold muzak, each call at various times throughout the day. With lousy muzak to boot. I tired different water pressures, adjustments, etc to no avail. I'll be returning this; purchased for durability and the adjustable width, returning as it last all of one time.
