I purchased this in June to take with me on a trip to family in Utah in late July. I gave it to my grandson then (late July.). He tried to redeem it sometime in early/mid August, and was told it had already been redeemed. Multiple tries by him and his Mom produced the same result. He threw it away before I had a chance to ask him to send it back. I was humiliated, and of course replace it with a $50.00 check!!! Of course, I will never, ever, ever purchase another Amazon gift card, which puts a crimp in my gift giving, since it was becoming one of my favorite things to give. I have also told all my friends about my dismal experience. Please review my account and you will note that I have not been a problematic customer in any way. BTW I had to pick a 'star' rating, so I picked one. Of course, it should be minus zero.
