DIDN'T HOLD UP.... PLOW AND HEARTH IS REFUSING TO HONOR YEAR'S WARRANTY
UPDATED REVIEW (March 29, 2019) .... We purchased this pathway at the end of July, 2018. We put it out in our yard in late September/early October. We live in the south, so don't deal with nasty winters. In fact, it was an extremely mild winter. Unfortunately, this fell apart somewhere during mid winter, so it may have lasted perhaps 6 months at most. Nobody walks on this pathway - we bought it to enhance the look of our garden. So with no physical usage, and in a mild climate, it fell apart on its own in about six months. When we went to start our spring gardening, we discovered that many of the slats were no longer attached to each other. Since nobody was walking on it, the slats stayed in place on the ground, but had it been used, they would have moved apart. We cannot recommend this given that it fell apart without usage in less than six months. It did look nice, though. UPDATED REVIEW.... April 17, 2018 Amazon directed to talk to the seller since this item has a year's warranty. I contacted Plow and Hearth and was given an email address and told to send pictures there. I have contacted them multiple times over the past three weeks and have sent numerous emails including pictures showing the damage, but have not had a single response back.
