No matter how much I like the product, it is USELESS without replacement filters. NO ONE offers these filters, which are small (3 inches diameter), and do not have a center hole. THESE FILTERS ARE NOT AVAILABLE. The product offered as "Pet Water Fountain Filter Element #1" is NOTHING like the two filters included with the product. SHAME ON AMAZON FOR ALLOWING THIS PRODUCT TO BE SOLD WITHOUT APPROPRIATE FOLLOWUP PRODUCTS. BUYER, BEWARE. BEWARE. BEWARE. YOU'LL BE WASTING YOUR MONEY.
