Using this product with 2018 MacBook Pro (13"), here are its problems: * (minor) connector to magsafe (2) is no longer symmetric. Only connects in one orientation, not two. * (minor) green charging light on magsafe no longer functions, even though notebook shows as charging * (major) very slow to charge, perhaps not even completely charging Mac. I've had one connected continuously since last night and MBP now shows 53% charge. * (major problem) charging 'chime' (aurally indicating connection of charging device) plays approximately every minute while Anywatt device is (continuously) connected. This is unacceptable. Tried swapping out (white, Apple) charging brick for another, same behavior. Finally had to use this Mac 'defaults' command to turn off Mac making sounds when charging device is attached: (from command line in Terminal) defaults write com.apple.PowerChime ChimeOnAllHardware -bool false; killall PowerChime I purchased two of these and both displayed the same poor behavior. I've done swap-out testing with different bricks to make sure this wasn't the problem, it wasn't. Based on my experience, I can't recommend anyone purchase these devices.
