I just bought the Neo 185 on Sept 2nd and so far it has not been a satisfactory experience. My household is young and my husband is pretty handy and with that said I still have a question: Is there a way to make the nozzle to point straight up for female washing? This thing always soaks my bathroom floor, my legs (AND CLOTHES!!!) and even the wall right across the toilet seat!!! No matter how forward or backward the bidet is moved, water ALWAYS gets everywhere. And as a matter of fact the Female Wash setting is even worse. It works at such a "flat" angle that it doesn't even reach me, water just passes through the space between the toilet and the seat wetting eithe my legs/pants/shoes or the wall in front. It's ridiculous. I really wanted to like it but if there is no fix for this flaw, the product does not deserve even one star because it doesn't serve its purpose.
