This pillow is just ok. It does not let you sleep cooler as is stated. It is a bit too soft for side sleepers because your head sinks into it and is too near your mouth. It would be fine for back sleepers. It is no better than all of the other pillows I have purchased. Still looking for the perfect pillow..
