I received my Red Copper Cookware and tried to make two grilled cheese sandwiches. They did not cook evenly as stated, they cooked warmer over the hot part of the stove and not so much on the outside of this range. When I slid the cookware off the hot spot on my flat service cook top, red paint melted off of the bottom of the pan and onto the cook top. There is paint smeared across the bottom of the pan. I am not sure I should use it again. I am quite disappointed to say the least.
