This item received one star, not due to a quality issue, but because the seller substituted Miele HyClean bags for the Miele AirClean bags. When I checked with a Miele representative, I was told that the HyClean bags are made for the European market, while the AirClean bags are manufactured for the American market. She stated that the HyClean bags would not harm my vacuum, but that I would notice the red alert that signals a full bag sooner than with the AirClean as the HyClean bags have a smaller capacity.
