I am unhappy with these bands. It took me a while to pull them out and start using them, and only recently my physical therapist prescribed me to use the heavier resistance bands. That's when I noticed that the resistances didn't feel right. So I pulled out my fish scale and measured each band pulled 2.5 times relaxed length. The pic I've attached shows that the bands don't even come close to their advertised strength, and the 30lb is consistently weaker than the 20lb. TL;DR: Basically, you're getting two bands for the price of five
