Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

This rating of 2 stars stands as I have yet to actually use the product itself. I have only completed install but was compelled to alert other buyers. I'll explain; I just received this product and ordered as a result of what appeared to be reasonable price, well reviewed, and Amazon recommended. Installation was relatively simple and instructions were basic. Here's the issue, during install I tightened one (important) mounting screw and it completely broke apart. I wasn't trying to overtighten the screw and had I left it even a few turns looser, would it have broken while riding with my 11 month old daughter on board?? So I'm not a typical reviewer, however I want others purchasing to be warned. I also want to acknowledge that this is a very cheap fix, just go to the hardware store and get a new screw. At this point, I'm still remaining optimistic as I know others who made this purchase are satisfied. I'm going to make the fix and will update accordingly. Hope this wasn't too long winded for someone to skip over what could potentially be harmful. Thanks!
