May be Dangerous to your Health
As a prepper that is also a pharmacist, i advise caution. I am in my sixties and when I became a pharmacist in the 1970's, many if not most medicines were "natural". I took courses that are no longer taught like pharmacognesy. Inorganic and organic pharmaceutical products.
This book's website has a video that shows how to make an extract from wild lettuce that is "stronger thsn morphine", but does not tell you about side effects, drug interactions, or who should definitely not use this extract. These include men with enlarged prostates, people with narrow angle glaucoma, and people sllergic to such things as daisies, marigold, ragweed, and many others.
