Not real Aloe Gel!!!
I'm very disappointed with this purchase. This product is aloe juice with carrageenan (a thickening agent that is bad for the stomach, intestines and colon), citric acid (pH stabilizer), and potassium sorbate (a preservative) in it. I wanted to drink it but I won't be now. The picture on the page was blurry but I had bought this product before and it used to not have the carrageenan and potassium sorbate in it so I thought it would be the same. I'm very dissatisfied with this product and sad they changed their recipe and upset that they are not upfront about their ingredients. It may be organic aloe juice but the carrageenan ruins the good benefits. Unfortunately I can't send it back so I am stuck with a whole gallon of this aloe ☹️ Hopefully, I can use it to make hand sanitizer and other skin products. The last aloe I used had xantham gum in it (a thickening agent) and it turned into a weird gelatinous clump in isopropyl alcohol, I will update and tell you how it works out.
