I bought this game for my husband for our 30th wedding anniversary. He was so happy since he has bought every game since Forza 2. He hugged me and said he loved me forever. Then something strange happened. When he loaded the game on his new Xbox One X I could hear cursing in the family room. Then I would hear what sounded like a controller being thrown against the wall. At times I would hear loud screaming and low sobbing in the early morning hours. I asked him what was wrong and he said the game was so BAD it was unplayable. He said the whole game was built on the foundation of Micro transactions which rendered it more of a mobile app (whatever that means) than a real game. He said he could take N. Korea having nukes, Russians interfering with the elections, even global warming but he could not take Turn 10 turning this game into a sad pathetic way to get more money out of the customers who had been loyal to this game since its inception. He left me 2 weeks ago saying that buying him this piece of garbage I must love him as much as Turn 10 loves their faithful and loyal fan base. He said I could keep the game and the Xbox One X. He was finished with both of them.
