Zinus is not worth the hassle of having to return their poorly manufactured products. Assembling the bed I found the parts in the last step were the wrong size. These are the two small feet that support the center of the bed. Mine were about 1/2" too tall meaning the rest of the frame does not make contact with the floor and is unstable. I contacted Zinus and was told they couldn't help so my option is to disassemble the bed, package it, return it, get a new bed, reassemble, and possibly have faulty parts again. It would make more sense to receive replacement parts considering how small the parts I need are. There is no way for me to fix the parts without welding and cutting steel.
