No customer service!
The vacuum was AWESOME for 60 days. Suddenly, the trigger stopped working and the vacuum doesn’t even attempt to run. Contacted Dyson and customer service was great on the phone but here I am one month later with a $700 broom closet decoration. STILL NO REPLACEMENT! This is pathetic service for such an expensive piece of equipment.
