I really wanted to like this product, unfortunately just about everything went wrong for me when I tried to use it. First of all I have windows 7 and it was not "plug and play". After waiting what seemed to be an eternity my computer told me that the device driver software was not successfully installed. After downloading the most current software version from their website it started to work. Then it asked me for a serial number. Neither the packaging nor the instruction manual contained the serial number I was asked for. Without the serial number the dongle would only run in trial mode. Trial mode only transfers 2mb of data and anything over 2mb would fail to transfer. Overall I was very disappointed in this product and had no choice but to give it a 1 star review. I received this item at a discount in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.
