Do not buy this...its awful. We returned the first one b/c it suddenly stopped keeping the coffee hot and would turn off automatically...for no reason during brewing. They were very good about replacing it with another one....its not been six months and we are now faced with the same problem. There is something defective with this product. It not only turns off automatically, it barely keeps the coffee warm when its on. I have requested a full refund and will buy another product line...so disappointed. NOBODY at Amazon will get back to me in trying to return the second product...and yes, it mysteriously pours coffee all over the counter when the lid is on and I have NO IDEA why...this is by far the worse product I have bought in a long long time.
