Let me say first off that the actual product itself is a 5 star rating, the 2 stars is the fact that you are basically being lied to. $39 for a certified refurb seems like a great deal when in fact the only reason you're getting that is they are signing you up automatically to be an ads and special services test dummy. your lock screen will have ads on it every time you open it and when you go online to disable this service you will be notified that they are going to charge you $15 dollars to stop being poked and prodded by ads. Long gone are the days when companies had to earn they're business by treating they're customers with honesty, respect and overall quality service.
