Immediately after taking these had very strong allergic reaction. This is the first time in my 30+ years I had any allergic reaction to any food/supplements. Had taken a lot of vitamins/supplements before without any issues. I understand that allergies are specific to a particular individual, but still I can't recommend this product, especially for people who had food allergies before. This bottle goes to trash immediately.
