Unfortunately tempur pedic has changed the material used for their products. I have the original symphony pillow, weighed it and it's over 5 pounds, this one is around 2.7 pounds. You can totally tell the foam material is different just by holding them. The original material they used is no longer being used on their products, they went with a cheaper "cloud" foam. This new version changed recently and apparently the old versions were left overs available at BBB. This new version is super squishy and offers no support like previous version of this pillow. Clearly the company was bought out or decided to go cheap to make more money on their products. I hope enough people figure it out and complain so they are forced to go back to their better quality foam. It's really too bad because I had to replace the original pillow once sometimes twice a year and can't purchase this same pillow anymore. Which means I have to go looking for a new brand/pillow and I am not happy about it.
