I returned this product because there is too much maintenance involved in keeping it running efficiently. And it has mercury in the part which prevents bacteria growth. Important concept- bacteria growth prevention device. Poor choice - using mercury to counteract bacterial growth. Please go back to the drawing board. Make this humidifier easier to maintain ,safer to use, and safer for the environment. That said. We are a Dyson vacuum cleaner family. We love them. Well made. Easy to maintain. Great Warranty.
