My wife and I love using this thing to get a great cardio workout every morning before work. It was able to adjust to work for her height and mine. And it definitely felt like a tough workout, but challenging in a great way. Assembly was easy enough. I probably didn't take any longer than 15 minutes to put together. BUT....after about 4 weeks of usage it fell apart. The inner wheel that helps it glide up and down began to wear down until it eventually would not roll up and down at all unless a great amount of force was placed on the foot pedal. I've taken photos of what I'm talking about. You will see where the poles started to rub raw and start scraping into each other instead of gliding past one another like is supposed to. The product was not mistreated or handled in any way. And both my wife and I are definitely under the weight limit, so it makes me feel that the product does not have great build quality. To be fair, I was probably in the minority of people who buy exercise equipment and actually used it daily and sometimes bi-daily basis, along with my wife. So these 4 weeks it was probably used over 75 times. So maybe the product would have lasted longer if we weren't workout freaks. But that's still no excuse for it falling apart after 75+ uses.
